what do your nails say about you

What do your nails say about you?

Your nails are an important part of your overall health and can tell you a lot about what’s going on inside your body. From the color to the texture, shape, and thickness of your nails, there are many signs that could indicate something is wrong. It’s important to pay attention to these signs so you can take action before it’s too late.

Color: When it comes to nail color, pale or white nails may be a sign of anemia or liver disease while yellowish-brown nails may indicate diabetes or psoriasis. If you notice any changes in the color of your nails, it’s best to consult with a doctor right away for further evaluation.

Texture and shape: The texture and shape of your nails can also provide clues as to what might be going on inside your body. Brittle or thinning nails may be caused by nutritional deficiencies such as iron deficiency anemia or vitamin B12 deficiency while spoon-shaped (concave) fingernails could signal hypothyroidism or heart disease. Again, if you notice any changes in the texture and/or shape of your fingernails then make sure to see a doctor for further testing and diagnosis.

In extreme cases where medical intervention is necessary, there are some natural remedies that can help improve nail health without resorting to harsh chemicals found in most over-the-counter products today. Organic ingredients like coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil etc. Natural ingredients like aloe vera gel and ayurvedic herbs like neem have been known for their healing properties when applied topically on the skin around the cuticles as well as directly onto the nail itself – this helps keep them healthy from within!

Taking care of our bodies should always come first – especially when it comes down to our own personal health indicators such as our fingernails! Paying close attention will ensure we catch any potential issues early enough so they don't become more serious problems later down the line - plus who doesn't want beautiful looking hands? So next time you look at those fingers make sure you give them some extra love!
